Glossy, sleek bar-cum-restaurant Zebrano is pretty popular for lunch, but it’s standing room only most nights as a Club 20-40 crew pile in for platters, full meals (three gastropub courses for £13.95) & happy-hour deals, before partying till late to Ibiza house. Modest wines, predictable beers, spirits by the bottle (Russian Standard & mixers at £85, say), ‘sharp’ shooters & a frenzy of cocktails keep the tills ringing as the party continues: twisted mojito or whisky sour for him; Miss Collins & kiwi cooler for her, & chocolate mistress (Frangelico, Bailey’s Tuaca, gingerbread liqueur & vanilla syrup) for someone who would doubtless corroborate Zebrano’s claim to be ‘one of the finest cocktail bars in London’. Decide for yourself when you join happy fans here, or at Zebrano II on Greek Street.
