Review of The Three Bridges:

This Italian newcomer may have an unpromising location on a traffic-clogged road in Battersea, but New Covent Garden Market is close by & the kitchen makes the most of its fresh seasonal produce. All the food displays real attention to detail, from the carefully sourced olive oil to the skilfully balanced cooking: delicate furls of baby squid are served with a fresh tomato tartare, pizza is beautifully crisp & light, & a hint of truffle infuses the well-balanced butter & sage sauce that accompanies homemade ravioli. A reasonably priced, Italian-leaning wine list includes a very drinkable Pinot Grigio blush, & while lunchtimes are currently much busier than rather quiet evenings, the warm, welcoming dining room & charming front-of-house deserves to attract a strong local following.
