A favourite with those who aren’t au fait with dim sum, Ping Pong attracts the masses with its sleek surroundings & inclusive attitude. Reasonably priced dumplings are available throughout the day including steamed scallop, king prawn & shiitake mushrooms in a translucent wrapper, as well as signature dishes of sweet & succulent honey-glazed ribs. Staff can be slow but are generally helpful & happy to explain dishes. Order the jasmine flower tea just to watch the bud dramatically unfurl in your glass.
