Spread over three floors, Firefly covers all bases for a night out. Kick off your evening in the ground-floor restaurant which serves up posh pub grub (think char-grilled steaks, smoked cod fishcakes & lemongrass creme brulee) in contemporary surroundings. Then head upstairs to the intimate, candle-lit bar for a post-dinner cocktail such as a classic Old Fashioned or a signature Berried Alive (Stoli Razberi with passionfruit liqueur, raspberries, blackberries & orange juice), plus bar snacks of veggie spring rolls & chicken brochettes if you’re still peckish. After that, if you’re still full of energy, descend to the basement club for a late-night boogie. At its liveliest during the week, Firefly is a big hit with the after-work crowds.
