Located just off the lobby of the Jumeirah Carlton Tower, this tiny, glittering Champagne bar is done up in shades of gold with hanging ornaments designed to look like bubbles. Bottles start from £55 & run up to £260 for a Pommery Cuvee Louise Rosé 1999. But if money’s no object, go for the Champagne cocktails, which will set you back £17.50 a pop. Note that it can feel claustrophobic when the bar’s full.
