With three bars under one roof, this popular late-night haunt meets almost every mood. With a distinctly Gallic feel, the front bar caters to early evening & drop-in drinking while the main room, decked out in sofas & ablaze with red lighting, is a more decadent space in which to enjoy the DJ nights towards the end of the week. A cream, ivy-clad garden bar is a pleasantly surprising find at the back. Food – potato wedges with sour cream, steaks & pastas – is pretty standard, but comes in handy to supplement the easy drinking: cocktails are potent & the wines fairly priced.
