The upmarket sibling of Tiger Tiger & On Anon, Verve’s chocolate leather furnishings, statement chandeliers, baroque mirrors & dramatic floral displays look slick & professional, if not exactly edgy. High-end in feel, prices are distinctly approachable, with wines & pitchers of cocktails (Sex On The Beach, Sea Breeze, Double Vodka Red Bull) all under £20, while Fusion, Rustic & Mediterranean platters cost half that. Factor in a downstairs dance bar & Verve feels like a smart house party relocated to the heart of town.
