Doing its bit to bring a hip vibe to this otherwise down-at-heel stretch of the Edgware Road, Salt racks up a heady mix of cocktails & Champagne, but is best known for its massive collection of over 200 whiskies. The decor is heavy on brown leather & dark walnut furniture to create a cosy whisky lounge effect – a mood heightened by the warm glow of the illuminated bar manned by a savvy team of bartenders. Up the slate stairs is a smart private dining room for glamorous parties & corporate functions. On Friday & Saturday nights DJs pump up the volume, but Sundays are dedicated to chilling with live jazz.
