Chandeliers, flock wallpaper, mirrors & low lighting give Bar 38 a groovy lounge-like feel, although the absence of tables on the ground floor means it’s a bit of a crush in the evening once the after-work drinkers descend. Burgers, sharing plates, steaks & salads make up the food offering, although most come for the drinks. Large plasma screens cover all the major sporting events.
