Al Dente at Sheraton Skyline Hotel

Taking what was a bland hotel restaurant & turning it into a contemporary Italian restaurant has proved a smart move for the Sheraton Skyline. A regional north Italian menu delivers prawn tails with pink peppercorns & fennel orange salad, homemade open ravioli with sea scallops, sun-dried tomatoes & sauteed spinach, & tagliolini with crispy pancetta & mascarpone sauce. Presentation is first class, the wine list peppered with excellent Italian bottles & service is on the ball.
