Staff will anoint your martinis with various essences to order using elegant 1920s perfume-spray pumps. Served in fancy stemware, these are some of London’s best-dressed tipples. Try the Adonis, created in 1886 to celebrate a Broadway musical, & combining manzanilla sherry, Martini Rosso & orange bitters. Flights of three sample-size drinks allow novices a taste of various cocktails before committing. There’s also the expected range of premium spirits, fine whiskies & eye-wateringly expensive wines & Champagne, caviar, Wagyu beef & pukka tartines.
