Reminding its customers that ‘fingers were invented before forks’, Bodean’s serves up spare, baby-back, beef & lamb ribs slow-cooked in wood-burning smoke pits. The menu also features such American BBQ favourites as pulled pork, burgers, steaks, veggie enchiladas &, on Mondays & Wednesdays, burnt ends (brisket pieces).
