Fans of this gourmet burger restaurant vow that Hache offers the best burgers in town, & it’s hard to disagree. While the service at this exceptionally busy outfit can be erratic & noise levels unbearably high at times, there’s no doubting the quality of the grub. Aged prime Scotch beef delivers in flavour & the juicy patties come on a toasted ciabatta bun with rocket, beef tomato & red onion, alongside a range of different toppings from cheese to chorizo. Vegetarians aren’t excluded with highlights including the ‘Veggie Forest’ served with a huge portobello mushroom stuffed with basil pesto. Sides of chunky or thin-cut fries & tempting onion rings don’t disappoint either.
