Square Meal review of Glass:
The pre-bar to paparazzi-friendly nightclub Paper below, Glass should be every sophisticate’s number-one destination. But the usual tabloid images are of glassy-eyed WAGs & wobbling wannabes being decanted from the premises, & you’re more likely to sip Cosmos (£8 from a perfectly plausible range of classics & modern mixes) with Ziggy from last year’s Big Brother than Sarah Jessica Parker. We also suspect that black chandeliers, white lilies & cream padded-leather booths are the sort of thing you’ll find chez Jordan & Peter Andre. There’s a good range of premium spirits, but wines & Champagnes seem expensive.
