With its pine benches & loud music, this perky cafe may not be high on comfort, but it’s a big hit with local families & anyone who relishes the cool, clean-tasting flavours of Vietnamese cooking. Fragrant herbs play a major part in fresh & zesty dishes such as rice paper parcels generously filled with prawn & crab, cucumber & mint, & chao tom – minced prawns on sugar cane with rice vermicelli, herb salad & a tangy lime & fish sauce dressing. Understated & understandably popular.
