Any audible talk at this tiny DJ club/cocktail bar tends to revolve around retro trainers & which Ibiza club nights you’ll rock this summer – although the soundtrack of big beats & bleeps is played emphatically LOUD to keep the stick-thin girls & boys on their feet until 3am, six nights a week. Kick off your night with caipirinha, frozen daiquiri & big Mak (Jack Daniel’s, Chambord, raspberry & cranberry purée), which are practically given away during ‘stupid hour’ (5-7.30pm). But don’t overlook Thirst’s ‘deluxe’ drinks – Cadillac (margarita) & sazerac at £8.50 are as expensive as it gets. There’s also a trio of lad lagers, wines to suit student pockets & the obligatory shooters to fire up the party mood. Food? Forget it – this crowd is too busy ‘livin’ it large’.
