Avoiding additives, saturated fats & anything processed, this totally vegan eatery has been ahead of the healthy eating-game for a long time. Bean & tofu pancake or baked mushrooms might be followed by West Indian vegetable stir-fry or chickpea curry. Fresh juices & smoothies sit alongside a couple of organic lagers, as well as one red & one white wine. Softer lighting in the evening adds atmosphere to the rather informal venue, so that even the long waiting times for food tend to be forgiven.
