The pop-art depiction of a stick of dynamite that graces this dark, clubby hotel bar is a witty reminder of the effects that over-indulgence in even the classiest alcohol is likely to have on the constitution. And the alcohol at the dark, clubby Bonds is certainly classy: a Truffle Martini with Potocki vodka, a splash of caramel syrup & apple juice, or an Almond & Kiwi Caipiroska with almond vodka, fresh limes, kiwi, brown sugar, kiwi syrup & almond syrup. Classy tapas soak up the booze: marinated anchovies, serrano ham & falafel. The decor muddles banking hall grandeur & boutique hotel cool to delicious effect.
