Square Meal review of Driver:
This former pub packed into a small corner site serves up more than just cheer & beer (of which there are plenty by the bottle). There’s London Pride on draught, great big comfy sofas, modest decor, DJs, wines & pretty decent food – nachos for nibblers & char-grilled rib-eye steak with skinny fries, grilled tomatoes & spinach (£10) for larger appetites. The happy, unposy vibe generated by a crowd who know how to party make it a good place to warm up before heading on to a club, though it’s just as worthwhile settling in for the evening.
