Square Meal review of Frankie's Italian Bar & Grill:
Decked out with glitzy disco balls & shiny mirrors, branches of Frankie’s Italian Bar & Grill are all razzmatazz. The menu, however, is straightforward, which is surprising given that the line-up of pizzas, pastas & burgers represents a collaboration between champion jockey Frankie Dettori & the resurgent chef Marco Pierre White. Given that glamour & glitz are rarely as inexpensive as this, Frankie’s (perhaps with the exception of the branch in the basement of Selfridges) is a great spot for a first date or a lively night out with friends.
