This west London stalwart relies on Punjabi expertise with a little Kenyan flavour thrown in. Well-loved starters include the lovely, subtle butter chicken, or the more lively flavoured, cumin-coated jeera chicken. From the tandoor, the nyamah choma featuring spring lamb ribs seasoned & marinated in various spices & the tilapia fish score highly. Mains are generous – try the boozi bafu (lamb chops cooked authentically in a medium-spiced sauce) & that great Punjabi tradition, Karahi chicken. Service is impressive, with waiting staff well schooled in wine-matching suggestions.
