The Inn keeps getting smarter, as the colourful local pint drinkers who traditionally propped up the bar are gradually replaced with designer shades sipping wine. But the gentrification is by no means complete – it still hangs on to the likeable image of an old-fashioned local, partly because the down-to-earth main bar conceals the posh dining room, courtyard garden & lounge tucked away behind it.
