We’re not entirely sure what a ‘show bar’ is, but Strawberry Moons is London’s best (according to its owners). In the absence of mud-wrestling dwarves & transgender burlesque, what you get is live music & dancing to ‘school disco’ tracks, preferably in fancy dress on Saturdays. Take in the comings & goings on Heddon Street from a wide terrace, or linger in one of the lounges. Jugs of monster vodka & woo woo, three for a tenner shots, wine from £15.50 & Champagne from £37 are the tipples of choice for a raucous young crowd on the town. If you seek sophistication, look elsewhere, but if you want to party with the Kat & Alfie Moon lookalikes, pull on your best New Look frock or Top Man tailoring & apply within.
