Square Meal review of Sketch: Glade:

While Sketch’s Gallery lives up to its name by hosting art installations by day, the next-door Glade is your best bet for lunch if you don’t want the formality or expense of the Lecture Room upstairs. As in the rest of Sketch, what’s around you is as important as what’s on the plate, though it must be said that the sunset-coloured walls studded with Swarovski crystals can’t quite dispel the feeling that this windowless space is the least appealing of the venue’s multitude of rooms. Still, with main courses priced at around £15, the Glade at least offers Sketch on a (relatively) affordable budget, & there’s no skimping on food quality: chicken terrine & mousseline with baby carrots, cucumber & green apple jelly might be followed by prawns with lime, peppered strawberry jus & tomato marmalade. Pudding can be eaten here, but it’s far nicer to head to the patisserie-cum-cocktail bar, the Parlour (see separate review), for fabulous cakes & pastries.
