Modern & minimalist, this monochrome Indian specialises in the cuisine of northern India. You’ll find familiar offerings of madras, korma & dhansak on the menu but head for the specials selection to sample the kitchen at its best. Laal maas is a spicy lamb curry cooked with masala, onion, tomato & chilli, while monkfish curry comes in an aromatic sauce of tamarind, dried mango & curry leaves. Vegetarian dishes include paneer dumplings in a rich, mild gravy. Staff are well drilled & thalis (platters featuring an assortment of curries, rice & bread) are good value & handy if you find the choice too much.
