Square Meal Review of Hawtrey's Restaurant at The Barn Hotel 
Head chef Colin Buchanan has brought with him all the culinary skills that earned him a Michelin star at Amaryllis in Glasgow. The baronial dining room, with its rich mahogany panelling, traditional oil paintings & bone china crockery, offers food of the classical variety, so expect the likes of supreme of chicken with truffle pommes puree & game jus.
