Tucked into a former bank vault beneath Harvey Nichols’ lofty Prism Brasserie, this exclusive cocktail bar has the air of an executive airport lounge, with swathes of parquet, burr veneer & creamy leather underpinning its upmarket credentials, jazz playing in the background & a smart crowd to match the setting. Classic & creative cocktails are assembled from a long list of premium spirits; try the Tequila Manhattan with Don Alvaro Reposado, martini rosso & Noilly Prat. In addition, there’s a short line-up of Champagne cocktails & a trio of Tequila-based ‘skinnies’ for calorie counters, plus some cherry-picked wines from the restaurant’s full list. Food ranges from tapas-sized helpings of Ibérico ham & grilled sardines to a handful of main course staples, including fish & chips or Caesar salad.
