The restaurant provides a modern British menu, so expect starters such as roast autumn squash soup with walnuts & toasted pumpkin seeds, followed by sea bass fillet with salt cod brandade, pea purée & lemon butter sauce, with pear & rosemary tarte Tatin for dessert.
