The surprisingly peaceful setting at the back of Holborn Station is a definite draw, yet it’s the lack of surprises, good or bad, that distinguishes tiny Pu’s from other Thai eateries in the area. All the usual Thai faves, from spicy soups to red curries & a signature tamarind duck are correctly priced & cooked. Service is polite if a bit rushed, which may be just what you want if you have a train to catch. During summer lunch breaks you can eat at one of the little outside tables.
