If you want to master the art of martini-making, book into one of Christopher’s classes led by an industry expert – for £12 you can learn how to mix a Dirty, French or Vesper. If you can’t wait until class on the second Monday of the month, slip into one of the well-padded booths & choose from a range of that includes Cucumber, Berry Basil or Smokey (Tanqueray No. 10 infused with a hint of Laphroaig whisky & a twist of lemon). The martini may be king, but there are plenty of other cocktails on offer, all as sophisticated as the room itself.
