This welcoming chain of neighbourhood restaurants serves up delicious south Indian vegetarian cuisine to an appreciative crowd of loyal punters. Starters include a range of vada (savoury doughnuts) & stuffed puri (savoury pastry rounds), with vegetable curries & thalis (selection platters) for main course. The real draw though is the good-value, speciality dosas (savoury crepes) & uthappams (lentil pizzas), both served with lentil soup & coconut chutney. Well worth a visit, even for staunch carnivores.
