Design hotel K West fills a gap in the Shepherd’s Bush market. The ground floor is home to a trendy bar with a resident mixologist, with soft, deep leather sofas & chairs to sink ever deeper into as the evening progresses. Upstairs is the chic Kanteen restaurant, outfitted in steel, dark wood & red & blue leather. In keeping with the holistic-spa image that K West projects, there are plenty of vegetarian & low-carb options on a menu that hits all the fashionable food buttons: mezze plates, bulgur wheat with roast summer vegetables, Thai green curry & Chinese chicken salad.
