If you’ve a burger & Martini habit as well as a hot date to satisfy, this ground-floor dining room & moodily-lit basement bar could hit the spot. Start off upstairs, where burgers are the obvious choice, but you could also take your pick from scallops with crispy potatoes & caper butter, or a 10oz Argentinian filet mignon with blue cheese butter. Those who can’t make up their mind can go surf & turf by adding lobster to their steak order. Then head down to the chic bar, where there are plenty of hide-away corners in which to schmooze over a top-dollar range of martinis – try a Porn Star served with a shot of fizz on the side – to a soundtrack of modern beats & old-school soul.
