This Neapolitan eatery is famed for its wood-fired oven &, in its heyday, Napule’s pizzas were heralded as some of the best outside Naples. Though the crisp-bottomed margheritas & fiorentinas remain popular, pastas & grilled meat & fish dishes can be lacklustre & take an age to arrive, while service errs on the surly side. We hope Napulé returns to its former glory, but at the moment this moody local seems to have as many bad days as good.
