Bright lighting & a pale-wood interior do little to enhance the atmosphere, but this basic Thai café is a clean & respectable dining venue, & the cooking also passes muster. There’s nothing particularly spectacular about the menu, but the kitchen specialises in producing reasonable-quality, properly prepared Thai food served with a smile, & at prices that please. Ensure you don’t have to queue by booking a table, & enjoy the standard range of noodles, tangy salads & curries. Don’t expect to stay long after you’ve finished, mind – it’s not that sort of place. A BYO policy makes members of the local young professional community even more likely to drop by.
