A series of intimate lacquered dens occupy the top floor of this elegant restaurant. Indochina is the theme throughout & a selction of well-mixed cocktails include the Saigon Cooler (Bombay Sapphire, Chambord, raspberry puree, cranberry juice & lime), the Thom Bac Ha (Absolut Vanilla, lime, pineapple juice, mint & soda) &, of course, that perennial favourite, the Singapore Sling. There’s a strong wine list, a selection of immune system-boosting leaf teas & Asian snacks including dumplings, duck spring rolls & steamed edamame. Prices are not deadly – £7.50 is the average cocktail price, though the climb up to this fourth-floor haven may leave you puffing.
