This funky hotel bar closely resembles a 1960s modernist lounge with a distinctly Eastern touch. The Asian-inspired cocktails range from an Oriental Explosion (sake, Absolut Citron, Cointreau, cranberry juice, ginger cordial & jasmine tea) to other treats such as the Wasabi Sip or Ying & Yang. For more occidental tastes, there’s a range of classics & a selection of ‘well-being’ smoothies. The majority of wines come by the glass & there’s an interesting selection of Eurasian morsels to amuse the bouche.
