No longer London’s longest bar (St Pancras Station’s new Champagne Bar exceeds its length by almost 50m), Zander still packs a crowd most nights. Size isn’t everything, though – when it’s busy the bar staff struggle & service can be inconsistent in the seated areas, which you need to book. The drinks list is almost as long as the bar, offering everything from decently priced wines to elaborate cocktails. The food choice is shorter & limited to burgers & sharing plates – choose from Greek, Spanish or Asian flavours.
