It’s business as usual at the sole remaining London outpost of the UK seafood chain. The bright, cheerful space, proudly presenting fresh fish on ice in its front window, is an appealing spot in which to sample the hot & cold shellfish platters or award-winning smoked salmon. More substantial dishes might include homemade fish & chorizo stew or char-grilled Scottish halibut with tomato, olive & caper salsa, while there’s Highland sirloin steak & a veggie Mediterranean linguine for the less piscatorially inclined. Sustainability & ethical production is a priority throughout, extending to the good-value wine list, which is largely bought directly from the producer.
