A popular hangout for after-work drinks, Anexo offers a taste of the Mediterranean in the heart of Clerkenwell. Low-lit seating areas, tiled floors, model geckos adorning the walls & banisters that look like vines create a funky backdrop in which to enjoy a tapas-orientated menu that includes the likes of ham croquettes, tortillas & nachos, supplemented by more filling dishes of paella & fajitas. The venue also operates as a nightclub so after you’ve lounged around eating & drinking (£5 cocktails, well-priced wines), head downstairs for a spot of late-night dancing to work it all off.
