Square Meal review of Aquasia:
Given the proximity of Chelsea Harbour’s interior design studios, the pedestrian beige & blue interior at the Wyndham’s bar misses a trick. Fortunately, the barman injects some elan: Oriental Garden (lychee puree & elderflower cordial topped with Champagne) is just one of several takes on classic cocktails from £9.50 to £11.50 (less during Thursday’s half-price early-bird promotion). Beers include Battersea porter, 15 wines by the glass start at £5.75 for Bergerac red or white, & there’s a fair range of malts, Cognac & Armagnac. Snacks run to clubs & burgers, while a decked terrace overlooking the marina reminds well-heeled patrons of the more exotic harbours they’ll be jetting off to sometime soon.
