Images of Che Guevara preside over this buzzing bar, slap bang in the middle of Camden’s Stables market – though there’s not much revolutionary about the crowd of tourists & just-legal-age
drinkers. They get their kicks from a huge, sub-£7 cocktail list that boasts a medley of mojitos as well as Che’s Revolution (rum, maple syrup & pineapple juice) & The Burning Red (spiced
rum, chilli, Chambord & vanilla). Cuba is not exactly famed for its cuisine, but plates of chilli-beef quesadillas, & baked salmon with mango salsa & potato salad, provide good, hearty
sustenance. Alfresco tables are a boon in summer.
For a lively Friday night out with the combination of tasty food and some dancing, The Cuban will not disappoint! The Cuban has the hip location of being in The Stables part of Camden Market.
