Images of Che Guevara preside over this buzzing bar, slap bang in the middle of Camden’s Stables market – though there’s not much revolutionary about the crowd of tourists & just-legal-age drinkers. They get their kicks from a huge, sub-£7 cocktail list that boasts a medley of mojitos as well as Che’s Revolution (rum, maple syrup & pineapple juice) & The Burning Red (spiced rum, chilli, Chambord & vanilla). Cuba is not exactly famed for its cuisine, but plates of chilli-beef quesadillas, & baked salmon with mango salsa & potato salad, provide good, hearty sustenance. Alfresco tables are a boon in summer.
