Louis Walsh, Westlife, & Riverdance… not all Irish exports are up there with Guinness, Caffrey’s & Murphy’s, the tipples of choice at this vast subterranean shrine to all things Hibernian. Its four bars, set in a warren of themed parlours & cellars decked out in religious Gothic & old apothecary shop fixtures, rake in more punters (pub-crawlers, students, young professionals & tourists) than Molly Malone, if fishy tales about the cockle & mussel seller’s parallel profession are to be believed. You can fill up on a crock of mussels, Rossmore oysters & all-day Irish breakfast in the restaurant.
