For up-for-it party monsters in search of a big night, Tiger Tiger is king of the urban jungle, though the venue’s geography might prove a challenge to even the most intrepid hunter – it’s about as big as Africa. Tried-&-tested cocktails Woo Woo, Sea Breeze & Mixxas Fuzzy Strawberry are served individually (£3.65) or in pitchers (£9.65) during happy hour 5-7.30pm. Otherwise expect to pay £26 for Pommery Brut Royale or £12.45 & upwards for fail-safe wines. Informal dining has an Asian slant: crispy duck pancakes, Thai fishcakes, stir-fried noodles, or there are butch fajitas & burgers to fuel the late night you’ll end up having in the disco bar or new Pop Room, a retrofest of kitsch where cocktails come in giant fishbowls.
