This mini-chain takes its culinary influence from the Silk Road, a trading route that once passed through central Asia, the Middle East & the Mediterranean. There’s a smattering of small plates including Chinese beans & tabbouleh, but the real draw is the shish (skewers), served either as skewers of Mediterranean lamb, chicken satay or haloumi (with rice or couscous, salad or chips) or handy pitta wraps of Kashmiri lamb, Afghan chicken or falafel.
