The phrase ‘putting on the Ritz’ might have been coined to describe its unique interior: a razzle-dazzle mix of gold, silver, polished bamboo, camphor wood, marble, leopard print & Lalique glass. Drinks are suitably ritzy: you name it, they’ll do it… at a price. That’ll be upwards of £15 for a Champagne-based cocktail & if you fancy a nibble, a club sandwich will set you back £18.50. Dom Perignon? You might need a mortgage. Not the place, then, to go on a nightlong bender, but for a glamorously OTT start to the evening, it fits the bill.
