In business for over a decade, Riccardo’s has clearly mastered the art of how to be a great local Italian. Its terracotta interiors bustle at mealtimes & its plates of pasta (including wheat- & gluten-free options for slimmers) come piled high & topped with anything from traditional meatballs to rabbit, rocket & cherry tomatoes. More delicate palates might opt for char-grilled fillet of tuna with rocket & fresh tomato or fillet of venison with light chilli, while the Tuscan tapas dishes (bresaola, caprese salad) are a hit at lunchtime. The pavement terrace is great for summer.
