Quadrato at the Four Seasons Hotel London

I had been at Four Seasons twice for Sunday Brunch Buffet and it was a delight! As a fan of seafood I could enjoy the enorm variety from delicious king prawns, big fresh oysters to a tasty sushi. The buffet presented also plenty of meat dishes, antipasti, pies as well as vegetarian dishes. Vegetarian guests won't be disappointed at all! And desserts… desserts are mouth-watering! So much choice and variety – everyone's taste will be satisfied.
Summing up the food is innovative (e.g. Whisky and Baileys popcorn) and perfectly executed – very modern und very clean flavours. With attentive and friendly service and the stylish interior it's a pleasant spot to have a brunch or dine. I will definitely return!

Was doubtful ahead of time, do I want to be in the wharf on a Saturday night? Seems I do, nice bar area to start, good cocktails. I was there for the first time and was very pleased with the overall experience despite having high expectations. The food is innovative and perfectly executed,we felt there was always one or two ingredients to wow us with techniques and flavors. I prefer cleaner tastes but didn't mind having it experienced. Service attentive but not intrusive. In the meanwhile we went couple of more times and the quality of food and service is consistent and keeps at high levels.

I had dinner at the Quadrato Restaurant and it was a very pleasant experience. I have eaten in many restaurants and this restaurant was very nice too. We had drinks at the bar first. Nice cocktails with interesting tasting popcorn. The taste was Whisky and it complemented the cocktail well. I like if they put thoughts and creativity into it. There are so many good restaurants in London and I believe you can be successful if you are different. The restaurant has a nice ambient and the service is friendly and professional. I asked questions about the menu and staff did answer all of my questions. I ate the seafood platter which was fresh and very well presented. You could see that it was local quality. No wonder Billingsgate Fish market is just around the corner. As a main I had Ossobuco with was delicious too. No desert because I am not a desert person, however, the petit four were homemade and tasteful. We had more cocktails and café at the bar with this different tasting popcorns. My wife had a café with Baileys popcorn. Overall a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this place. I will definitely go back again.

I have been to the Quadrato Restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel in Canary Wharf a couple of times. It was always a pleasure and a great experience. We arrived with a smile and we left with an even bigger smile. On arrival we were warmly greeted and accompanied to the restaurant. We had dinner on several occasions and also enjoyed the delicious Sunday brunch with friends and family a couple of times. The food is outstanding, fresh, tasty and very well presented. The portions are generous and the service is very friendly and professional. What we really like is that the chef uses local and seasonal product. I can highly recommend the restaurant and I can’t wait when we are going back for another great experience. Loved it! Well done!

We had brunch at the Quadrato restaurant within the Four Seasons on Sunday and it was without doubt the best Sunday lunch I have had. The service was impeccable as it always is in a Four Seasons hotel and the atmosphere was perfect for that of a Sunday lunchtime, relaxing and friendly, with a mix of couples, families and groups of friends. It was a buffet style starter, where you could choose from sushi, smoked salmon, large king prawns and a mixture of salads. Then main course was a carvery where you chose from Roasted veal, chicken or beef and it was plated by the chef with your choice of vegetables and potatoes. Very generous portions and it well presented so it didn't feel like buffet dining. Dessert deserves the main applause as it was also buffet style and the choice seemed impossible for someone with such a sweet-tooth such as myself. I finally opted for the bread and butter pudding, but this was no ordinary bread and butter pudding it was made with croissants and custard, it was amazing. We will definitely be heading back soon.
