Less complicated dishes allow the freshness of ingredients to shine, but the kitchen is also adept at more complex creations. Plump scallops layered with roasted aubergine & parmesan is a hearty starter full of butch flavours, while a main course of lobster & scallop ravioli with a shellfish sauce featured al dente pasta, a lively filling & a lovely rich sauce.
