Square Meal review of Sway:
‘When marimba rhythms start to play’ crooned legendary boozer Dean Martin in his song ‘Sway’, but would he fancy swaying the night away here? He’d be pleased by the presence of his favourite prop, the Vodkatini, but otherwise the place caters to a young mid-market crowd who prefer their cocktails by the jug than glass. The wine list keeps under £20 with broadly appealing global choices, while reasonably priced food takes a similarly international stance. Divided between The Crystal & Suede Rooms & The Velvet Lounge, all decked out in retro Technicolor razzmatazz, there’s lashings of fun to be had, particularly on the club’s dance floor.
