There are three bars to choose from (the ‘psychedelic grandeur’ of the Crystal Lounge might appeal), & you can get loaded on three-for-a-tenner shooters, bottles of Chardonnay, & cocktails such as ga-ga colada or Jameson mule for around £7 a pop. If you’re here for food, head to the art-deco restaurant & get stuck into anything from falafels & fajitas to surf & turf (£19.75). Alternatively, dance yourself dizzy in Groovy Wonderland, a passable representation of a northern club circa Kajagoogoo. Shell out £50 for a booth, & you will get four Club Tropicana-style cocktails for free, along with decorations, sweeties, chocolate fondue & ‘guaranteed table service until 11pm’.
